Movement close-up

SOLUTIONS NODE

Three services.
One standard of care.

Each service level is a complete offering in its own right. The right choice depends on what the watch needs and how thoroughly you want it documented.

METHODOLOGY

How every service is carried out.

Regardless of service level, the same sequence applies: the watch comes in, receives a written intake receipt, is assessed on the bench, and leaves with documentation. The scope and depth of that documentation differs by service, but the commitment to writing things down does not.

We work on mechanical and automatic movements. Before accepting a piece, we confirm it falls within our scope. Before beginning paid work, we confirm the cost. Where the total is affected by something found during disassembly, we pause and consult before continuing.

Intake receipt

Condition noted in writing at the moment of handover.

Technical assessment

Movement inspected and timed before work begins.

Agreed scope

Cost and work confirmed before the bench phase.

Written output

Documentation appropriate to the service level on completion.
